Ken Hirsh has been a karaoke fan since the 1980’s, and began “singing” it in 1992.  He’s not a terrific singer, but he gets into performing in front of a crowd, and usually he and they have a good time.  Beginning with the 1997 AALL Annual Meeting in Baltimore he’s led a Karaoke outing every year.  At the 2001 meeting in Minneapolis the Karaoke party became an officially sponsored event of the Computing Services Special Interest Section (CS-SIS). After answering many last minute questions about “where’s Karaoke this year?”,  Ken’s created the karaokewithken.info web site to answer that question.
